Chain Sprockets

CHC manufactures chain sprockets to run with its roller chains and conveyor chains. Roller chain sprockets cover chain sizes 25 through 240 in A (plate), B (single hub) and C (double hub) types, in single and double strand, as well as sprockets for double pitch roller chain. Conveyor sprockets are made for RF series conveyor chain.

Sprockets are machined from 35# (S35C) or S45C steel. Each size table gives number of teeth, pitch diameter, outside diameter, bore range and hub dimensions. Custom bores, keyways and tooth counts are made to order — request a quote.
