Flexible Couplings
CHC shaft couplings connect motors, reducers and driven machinery while allowing for small amounts of misalignment. The range includes:
- Roller chain coupling – two sprockets joined by duplex roller chain; compact, all-metal and easy to fit or remove.
- Jaw and rubber elastic couplings – NM / MH type and FCL pin-and-bush couplings that absorb vibration and shock and need no lubrication.
- DFS and Pro-Flex couplings – flexible couplings for mechanical and hydraulic drives; Pro-Flex is an all-metal coupling for high torque and precise positioning.
- Servo motor couplings – small rigid, Oldham, disc, helical and jaw couplings for servo and stepper drives.
Size tables give bore range, outside diameter, length, torque rating and maximum speed. Finished bores can be machined to order — request a quote.
